HFR PRESENTS//

FUNDING BIPOC DESIGNERS

APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN

common thread transparent.png

A Common Thread is an initiative from Vogue and the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) to raise funds and awareness for of the American Fashion Community. It was established to provide relief for those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Vogue and the CFDA repurposed the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund, which was established for emerging designers in 2003, to launch A Common Thread.

Both COVID-19 and the war against social injustice have revealed a specific need to highlight the stories of Black designers. People of color are often disproportionately impacted by social and economic tragedies, and the CFDA and Vogue saw the urgent need to support the Black Fashion Community.

ICON360 is proud to announce a new partnership with CFDA and Vogue’s A Common Thread to support Black fashion designers with opportunities to grow their businesses at scale.
